TRADITIONAL METHODS OF OIL REFINING
Vegetable oils are refined mainly with two techniques: by the wet process or by distillation.
The WET: consists of multiple steps and are obtained as a waste product of the pulp solid and washing water to be disposed of.
The DISTILLATION: consists in two or more steps depending on the acidity of the oil with phases of work under vacuum at 250 ° C to obtain the desired acidity.
As scrap are obtained: an acid recoverable oil, sludge and "tire".
The system must be ATEX (explosion proof) because it works at temperatures of ignition of oil, and it must have a source of energy (electric or thermal oil) to 280 ° C.
METHOD OF REFINING SYSTEM CATALYTIC EST-IND
Our process involves instead, an innovative method (PATENT PENDING) that simplifies the steps to recover the catalyst mixture, obtained as a waste acid oil recoverable.
The oil, which is subjected to three steps, is:
so it is ready for use.
The deviation is stripped VACUUM at 60 ° C obtaining the catalytic mixture of acid recovery and an oil that can be reused for the production of biodiesel.
