Filtration and Recycling

RS SERIES
The RS ion exchange units allow the high flow recycling of homogeneous washings with low saline load with the production of high quality water. They are mainly composed of resins and activated carbon according to the wastewater to be treated. The application of particular regenerative schemes allow an optimization of the consumption of water and reagents with a low production of eluates to be treated or conferred. In some applications it is possible to produce eluates that can be recovered in the baths of the production process thus allowing a further reduction of water consumed and eluates to be treated.

DEK SERIES
DEK decationization units are used for the removal of polluting metals from galvanic process waste sent for reuse by means of a vacuum evaporator (chromic baths) and for the removal of the ammonium ion from distilled process water sent for reuse.

FF SERIES
The FF final filtration units are used for the treatment of waste water from purification and use quartzite for the removal of suspended solids, activated carbon for the removal of surfactants and selective resins for the removal of heavy metals.

AD SERIES
The AD softening units are used where it is necessary to pre-treat the process water before using it by means of mechanical filtration, possible iron removal, softening

All the proposed units consist of a steel frame, columns in PFRV or stainless steel with an electric and pneumatic control panel managed by a plc, a group of pneumatic valves, dosing pumps for dosing the chemicals necessary for automatic regeneration, pumps of recirculation.

UNIT DESCRIPTION

The proposed unit consists of a booster pump from the collection well, a PE booster basin, a filter booster pump, a mechanical cartridge filter, a quartz sand filter and a pair of filters. and activated carbon, switchboard.
