Pickling treatment
These units are able to recover and regenerate the hydrochloric and sulfuric pickling baths with the production of ferrous chloride salts or ferrous sulphate.
UNIT DESCRIPTION
Continuous cycle four-body crystallizer for acid solutions with glycol water cooling. The acid solution is loaded directly into the crystallizer; cooled by circulation of glycol water in the jacket exchanger. This process produces precipitation of salts which are discharged by means of a pneumatic valve into the collection tank with continuous discharge auger into the centrifuge. The separated solution is discharged by means of a pump while the salts are discharged into special collection big-bags. A control panel equipped with PLC provides for the automatic management of the operation of the system. The unit is equipped with level controls that govern the fill and drain pneumatic valves and the draining pump.

UNIT DESCRIPTION
The unit concerns a plant made up of two systems of concentration, crystallization, and centrifugal filtration. The concentration unit consists of an evaporator body in Vr and graphite exchangers. The vacuum is created by an ejector-pump system. The feeding of the diluted product and the discharge of the distillate take place continuously, while the concentrate is discharged discontinuously, by means of a pump, at density. The distilled and condensed acid is relaunched to the utilities. The crystallization unit consists of a continuous cycle crystallizer for acid solutions with cooling by means of a glycol water refrigeration circuit. The insolubilised salts are discontinuously discharged by means of a pneumatic valve into the bag centrifuge; the drained solution is sent back to the users by means of a pump. The salts are extracted manually using a hoist and collected in big bags. A control panel equipped with PLC provides for automatic management.
