REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS

The salts of calcium, magnesium, silica, manganese, iron, barium, chlorides, in combination with bicarbonates, carbonates and sulphates are present in the waters drawn from the wells, in abundant quantities. They cause blockages and encrustations in the cooling circuits, decrease the transmission of heat in the steam generators, cause pollution in the water tables.
Based on molecular separation, Reverse Osmosis makes it possible to obtain extremely pure water, eliminating up to 99.5% of the salts it contains.
The Reverse Osmosis Process has now replaced demineralization in thermal power stations with decidedly superior characteristics which we list below.

It does not require regeneration and operation is continuous at a constant flow rate 24/24h therefore it is not necessary to have double equipment to meet production needs.

UNIT DESCRIPTION

The proposed unit consists of a battery composed of two columns with cationic and anionic resin and a mechanical filter; This unit is also equipped with an electric and pneumatic control panel, a group of pneumatic valves, two dosing pumps for dosing the chemicals necessary for automatic regeneration, a pump for recycling the demineralised water to guarantee constant quality of the demi water. A plc allows the automatic running of the system.

The unit is assembled and tested at our Bolzano Vicentino factory ready to be connected in your factory. And it will be accompanied by an operating manual, CE certificate of conformity.
